UAPI Structured Benchmark No-Fallback Proof Receipt
Authority: fixture_only_no_execution. No service activation, no backend dispatch, no hardware execution, no route activation.
Commit: e42b674 Require structured benchmark no-fallback proof.
Changes: - BenchmarkResultScenario now requires structured no_fallback_proof_detail in addition to the existing no_fallback_proof boolean. - Accelerator lanes require proof detail fields: method, device_claimed, supporting_evidence. - NPU lane proof must claim NPU; 140T GPU lane proof must claim GPU. - Added denial cases BENCH_E_NO_PROOF_DETAIL and BENCH_E_NO_PROOF_DEVICE_MISMATCH. - Updated fixture/schema coverage counts to 119 total cases, 87 expected-fail envelopes.
Verification: - bash scripts/uapi-fixture-check.sh passed. - Full gate: 23 schema packets, 119 cases, 20 strict positives, 87 expected failures, 12 structured cases, 213 unit tests. - Dispatch remains blocked: activation_allowed=false, dispatch_allowed=false, backend_calls=false, ledger_writes=false, explorer_export=false.
Agent state: - Grok Wave 6 A/B/C complete and collected. - GLM Wave 6 A remained incomplete with only a partial heartbeat report. - GLM Wave 6 B hit provider/API 529 overload. Those partial/failed outputs were not committed as successful reports.
Readback rule: do not treat this receipt as live source-of-truth until catalog lookup finds the slug and /api/ai/context/{slug} returns 200.
