Older start_here_ai, uai_explorer_rules, and sandbox-protocol remain for Explorer AI-lane mechanics. On ecosystem placement, wipe posture, or sandbox lifecycle conflict, vNext wins.

Wipe is not authorized until owner staged signoff. Agents MUST NOT fill owner checkboxes.
Sandboxes (teeth)
- Sandboxes (CT123, CT124, CT126, peers) are KEEP, not retire.
- MUST stop sandbox containers when done (free RAM).
- MUST NOT destroy sandboxes or leave them idle-running.
- Explorer exploratory work: CT126 when lab is up; public Explorer AI lane does not require CT121.

Note: Explorer catalog schema may expose a project field for doc bucketing. That is not Thaladex vocabulary — Thaladex organizes as layers / KB / agent memory, never "project."

Feedback, live host placement, and Mac archives are not rules. Publish ≠ wipe signoff. Local agent copies of catalog or runtime data are not SOT — Explorer API is.

Agents MUST NOT hoard doc trees, databases, or product data on Mac/agent workspace. Read via Explorer API; runtime on VPS/NUC/lab CTs. Authorized local: handoff receipts, START_HERE, owner preserve paths per runbook.
