Required Policy Before Use

Before any write or workload use, define:

  1. Owner of /mnt/skip_data.
  2. Allowed top-level directories.
  3. Quotas per lane or project.
  4. Retention and cleanup rules.
  5. Audit log shape for writes/deletes.
  6. Whether model weights, embeddings, artifacts, temporary job output, or backups are allowed.
  7. Whether any path can be exported outside Forge.
  8. How UAPI represents the storage route in PlacementDecision and RunRecord.
  9. Rollback/removal plan if the adapter misbehaves.
