This folder records dated work notes for UAI Explorer.

Diary entries are not implementation authority by themselves. They are a memory trail for decisions, observations, risks, and next steps.

Entry Rules

• Create or update an entry for every meaningful work session.
• Use YYYY-MM-DD-short-topic.md.
• Include current state, decisions, actions, evidence, risks, and next steps.
• Do not include secrets, token values, cookies, private keys, connection strings, or raw auth files.
• Use redacted labels or non-secret aliases when referring to credentials.
