2026-06-21 Production And Governance Closeout

Current State

Production CT 121 runs UAI Explorer 0.2.3 in public-safe mode. Sandbox CT 126 remains the staging and verification lane on 0.2.3.

No DNS, TLS, firewall, reverse proxy, NetBird, cluster membership, storage cleanup, node onboarding, or public-route change was made.

Decisions

  • Public-safe v1 has no open UAI Explorer decisions.
  • Explorer is the documentation source of truth.
  • Local runbooks, start files, and device notes are caches, drafts, private material, or superseded lineage until cataloged.
  • MCP servers and local AI adapters are bounded AI clients, not admin clients.
  • Zenbook is closed for UAI Explorer documentation survey scope; future node work belongs to infrastructure onboarding.

Actions

  • Refreshed START_HERE_AI.md and START_HERE_UAI_LAB.md.
  • Updated agent and project rules for the post-cutover state.
  • Added documentation source-of-truth and AI/MCP adapter runbooks.
  • Marked pre-cutover docs as historical or superseded where needed.
  • Updated generated-decision evidence for the closed/no-open-decision state.

  • [REDACTED:high-entropy].md

Risks

  • External public exposure still needs a separate runbook and verification.
  • Real MacBook, Devine, Cadence, or other raw project content still needs selected redaction, review, tagging, staging, and explicit import before catalog publication.
  • Storage cleanup and future node onboarding remain separate infrastructure work.

Completed Closeout

  • Regenerated finish, operator intake, and validation packets after the doc refresh.
  • Refreshed device-local START_HERE_UAI_LAB.md copies on Windows and MacBook-Air.
  • Synced refreshed app/docs state to CT 126 and CT 121.
  • Ran final local validation, in-container tests, and external health/readiness checks.

AI Bootstrap Contract Addendum

  • Added GET /api/ai/bootstrap so fresh AI agents can synchronize UAI rules, denied surfaces, primary context slugs, and language/tooling lanes without a long prompt.
  • Added docs/runbooks/uai-development-standards.md for Python tooling, Rust/Axum service, and C++ implementation boundaries.
  • Updated the MCP adapter contract to expose uai_bootstrap before catalog and context retrieval.
  • Added regression coverage with [REDACTED:high-entropy].
  • Public-safe boundaries remain unchanged: no raw content, raw paths, admin surfaces, uploads, DNS, TLS, firewall, reverse proxy, NetBird, storage, or node onboarding changes.

Final QA/QoL Punch-Out Addendum

  • Ran API/security, documentation/agent-lane, and UX/QoL agent-team reviews.
  • Added optional redacted AI feedback through /api/ai/feedback and admin feedback review.
  • Closed catalog-source boundary gaps for raw-survey-zone, sanitized-exports, uploads, test data, and denied runtime lanes.
  • Restricted AI endpoints to dedicated role=ai adapter identity; admin uses admin surfaces.
  • Added Cortex memory, knowledge base, embedding query, Beacon, and Mesh usage guidance.
  • Added QoL polish so AI users land on AI Context and packets show audit ID, char cap, redaction boundary, and copy action.
  • Full local validation passed with 55 tests before container sync.
