Purpose

Always-on Linux VPS that serves as the canonical git home, persistent memory store, and diary surface for the UAI lab. Agents and operators connect here for state that must persist across sessions and survive device reboots.

• Mesh IP: 100.119.16.109 (NetBird mesh)
• OS: Linux
• Uptime: always-on
• Disk: 194GB, roughly 43% used (as of 2026-06-25)

• /root/uai-explorer/ (Rust UAI Explorer source tree, separate product)
• /root/uai-explorer/diary/ (canonical UAI project diary surface)
• /root/uai-runbooks/ (lab runbooks tree)
• /root/agent-queue/ and /root/agent-replies/ (agent task queues and replies)

Relationships

• Hosts canonical source for: UAPI Explorer (this product), UAI Explorer (Rust sibling)
• Origin for SSH access to NUC-IPEX via reverse tunnel
• Bridge to Mac mesh for Proxmox access chain
• Persistent memory survives across Claude Code sessions

Status

Active. Primary always-on surface for the UAI lab.
